Facility Management and Lifeguard Service is our specialty.

The safety of your facility is our top priority.  We strive to make time spent at your pool as safe and enjoyable as possible  by providing thoroughly trained American Red Cross lifeguards at every  pool we service.

Our Business

Following site evaluations, we create contracts that are designed to meet your club’s specific needs.  We follow up quickly with a report to give you time to review and respond.  We target an on time, safe opening and a hassle free, pleasurable summer.

Staffing and Training

We have on site pool managers, lifeguards, Swim and Diving Coaches, and Swim Instructors that are interviewed and thoroughly screened with background checks.  We assure proper placement and staff trained with your specific needs in mind.

We train our employees and lifeguards in a number of different American Red Cross courses.  CTW has a staff of Red Cross Water Safety Instructors that are certified in lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, AED, and pool operator. This lifeguard training includes safe swimming pool environment, customer service, conflict resolution, daily/weekly maintenance of pool, health department rules and regulations, hazardous materials handling, and general maintenance and care of equipment.
