Jump right in! The water is great at Catch the Wave. Our Wave Fit classes focus on cardiovascular and strength benefits. Whether you are trying to maintain your current level of fitness or reach a new level of fitness, the added benefit of working out in the water make our aqua workouts safe and fun without impact on the joints. Even people that suffer from arthritis may want to give these classes a try.
You don’t need to be a serious swimmer to enjoy and achieve the many benefits of water exercise. Wave fit is for men and women of all ages and abilities to look and feel their best. Water exercise is a way to get an intense work out and burn calories much more efficiently than any other form of exercise. As you participate in the Wave Fit classes you can easily burn calories while reducing your risk of injury compared to other forms of exercise such as running, weight lifting, contact sports. It is safe, non-impact, most everyone can do. Wave Fit is FUN and it FEELS GOOD!
We will keep a fitness card on file for you. You can personally keep track of your progress throughout the weeks.

I've tried several other local programs and we just were not making progress. Within a few lessons, Catch the Wave's fun and gentle program worked to ease my child's anxiety by teaching him the correct breathing and floating techniques. He now loves the water and is well on his way to swimming independently. I couldn't be happier!
