The following guidelines are in effect for all locations and while we have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our facilities, here are the extra measures we have put into place.

Masks & Social Distancing

When in all dry areas, face masks that cover the nose will be required by all members. Please note, children and parents will not be required to wear their face coverings in the pool. Families are also asked to maintain 6 feet of distance between other families on the pool deck and viewing areas.

Team Wellness Checks

Instructors will be wearing face shields and their temperature will be taken prior to the start of every shift. When instructors call off sick for any reason they are required to get a Covid test before returning to work as an added layer of protection.

Proper Pool Maintenance

We take maintenance seriously and test our pool chemicals everyday before lessons. Covid cannot survive or be transmitted in properly maintained pools. Check out this article HERE for more information.

Makeup Policy For Illnesses

Prior to entering, members are asked to self-assess their health and the health of their children. If anyone is not feeling well or is experiencing any COVID-19 like symptoms, we ask that they cancel their lesson and a free makeup will be provided.

Increased Sanitation Standards

Every hour, surfaces, door handles and other high traffic areas will be wiped down and sanitized. We also will continue to provide antibacterial hand soaps, hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes in key areas throughout our facilities.

We are 100% committed to the safety of our members and want families to know that our top priority is providing the safest experience possible when jumping back in to lessons. Welcome back!
