​Catch the Wave Swim Club of Pecatonica offers a variety of fitness classes and memberships to accommodate any fitness level from low impact to high intensity workouts. The three WaveFit options include:

  •  Aqua Blast (High Intensity)

  •  Aquacize (Medium Intensity)

  •  Aqua Waves (Low Intensity)
