The Average hourly employee at Catch the Wave Swim Club makes $18/hr. That is 75 percent higher than the national average for employees in the service industry and we guarantee they aren't having as much fun as we are!

Program managers receive a host of additional benefits/incentives and there is no limit to how many there can be at one particular location. Before an official offer is sent, you’ll need to complete the new-hire questionnaire (button below) which is the first step in the onboarding process. The information provided to us, along with feedback from your surf interview, is what we use to determine your starting pay. Contact your hiring manager if you have any questions.
